- Wash drum sticks and marinate it with vinegar,gg paste,salt and pepper of 2 tbsp,1 tbsp dashi chicken powder salt and put in pot
- Cook in slow flame untill all water dries up.
- Mix one handfull of cornflour in a hot drum stick and keep it aside and let it cool.
- Beat one egg and mix in meat.In separate bowl,add all dry ingredients and mix well.
- Now take chicken piece and coat it in dry flour mixture and coat well dip in cold water and coat again in flour.
- You can repeat this 3 times and coat it with corn flakes
