  1. Fry onions and garlic in oil.
  2. Add tin tomatoes, salt, green chillies and all spices. Cook till reduced slightly. (You may keep green chillies whole or chop if you prefer spicier curry)
  3. Add chicken and cook on high till oil rises and the tomatoes have broken down even more, and chicken is nearly fully cooked. (Pic on the bottom of pic…. Can't rotate the pic unfortunately)
  4. Finally, add spinach and a splash of water and continue to cook in medium till water has evaporated and chicken is cooked to tender. You can adjust salt if needed
