- In a pan put oil from gravy 3 tbsp as long with water 4 tbsp.
- Layer of rice topped with chicken n gravy, some tomatoes n green chillies n corriander leaves.
- Repeat layers n finally put rice layer, put color mixture,top with brown onions,coriander leaves, green chillies n tomatoes.
- Put on dum, first five mins. On high n then 15 min. on low.
- Dish out n garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve with salad n raita.
