Instructions to make Visheti:
  1. Take a bowl,mix flour baking powder and cardamon until everything is well mixed.
  2. Next add the magarine and mix well.
  3. Then add water little by little at a time until you get a soft but firm dough.
  4. Shape the dough into a ball shape,after roll out and cut the rolled ball into strips,after cut the strips into small pieces.
  5. Then take a frying pan add oil and put it on the gas,on a medium flame.when the oil is hot,starts to deep fry them untill crispy and golden in colour making sure they are cooked inside.like on this picture.
  6. For the syrup, take a sufuria add sugar and water,a pinch of salt and vanilla essence.
  7. After let it cook until its becomes sticky and the syrup is in medium consistency. When the syrup starts to bubble up and sticky add the visheti and start to coat them with the syrup untill the syrup crystallized. When they are ready place them on a wide plate and let them to cool.ENJOY WITH COFEE😍😍😋
