  1. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally so you have 2 thin pieces from one breast. Put the chicken in a bowl, add Masala powder until fully covered.
  2. Fill a saucepan with boiling water, add the bouillon and add the rice. Cook for 10 mins on a rolling boil, then drain, return to the warm pan, and put the lid on.
  3. Put a frying pan on medium heat, and add a drizzle of oil. Once hot add the chicken and fry until fully cooked, turning regularly. As they are sliced thin, they should cook in roughly the same time as the rice.
  4. All done, serve the chicken and rice, with a vegetable of your choice.
