  9. Add the cabbage to the boiling water. You will not be able to stir this whilst its cooking.
  10. Then add the potatoes, beans and carrots.
  11. Lastly add the can of chick peas including it's water.
  12. Cook on high for 30-40 minutes.
  13. Add boiling water from the kettle if it starts to dry but do not stir.
  14. Once cooked serve along the meat platter.
