- Warm up the oil, and fry the onions until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and cook for a minute.
- Add minced beef, tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin and salt (to taste), beef stock and stir well. Simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
- Once the water from the mince evaporates, add frozen peas and yoghurt, stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Finally, add coriander and green chilis and cook for 3-5 minutes.
