- Get 500 g Lean beef mince
- Get 2 chopped peppers
- Prepare 1 chopped onion

- Prepare 1 fresh chilli
- Get Salt and pepper
- Take leaves Coriander
Steps to make Easy Chilli:
- Chop the pepper, onion, garlic and chilli. (My chopping isn't exactly Michelin standard but it will still taste good!)
- Heat the chopped vegetables (including the chilli) in a pan until softened.
- Add the mince and stir in until brown. Season with salt and pepper (and chilli powder if you like it hotter).
- Once mince is brown add can of chopped tomatoes, half can of refried beans and can of kidney beans and stir into the mix until any excess liquid is reduced.
- Add coriander leaves, stir and serve with any accompaniment you fancy. Today I've picked couscous. ENJOY!
