  27. Prepare 1 teaspoon sugar
  28. Get 1 teaspoon salt
  29. Take 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  30. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon basil

  34. Get 16 ounces large curd cottage cheese
  35. Get 2 large eggs

  6. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl with the eggs.
  7. Mix it up and set aside
  8. Mix the pasta and Italian sausage sauce. Put half in the 10 inch x 4 inch deep oven safe pan.
  9. Add the cottage cheese mixture to the top of pasta mixture.
  10. Add all the meatballs and sauce.
  11. Add mozzarella and provolone cheeses
  12. Add the rest of the pasta and sauce.
  13. Add Swiss cheese to top
  14. Sprinkle the parsley flakes
  15. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
