  9. Make ready 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  10. Prepare 2 tsp chopped garlic
  11. Take to taste fresh cracked pepper and sea salt (I rarely measure these two!!)
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup condensed tomato soup mixed with two tablespoons water and 1 tsp Italian seasoning.

  2. At this point I allow the meat to chill in the fridge for an hr or two but if time doesn't allow, form into a loaf in either a meatloaf pan or 9x13 pan.
  3. Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes. Remove from oven and pour tomato soup mixture on top. Return to oven for another 5-10 minutes.
