- To make Crispy Jali Samosa take a large bowl. - * Add All purpose Flour/Maida,Carom Seeds,Salt,Oil and mix well. - * If holds shape Oil is perfect. * Add water little by little and mix well to prepare a semi soft dough. - * Close lid and let it set for 15 mins.
- Add Boiled & Grated Potato,Boil chicken Finely Chopped Green chilli,Finely Chopped Coriander,Red Chilli Powder,Salt,Garam Masala,Chaat Masala. - * Add Finely Chopped Onion,Rice Flour/Corn flour/Bread crumb and mix well.
- Check dough and knead well. - * Divide into 3 parts. - * Roll thick dough. - * Divide roll dough into 4 parts. - * Make 3 slant cuts both sides. - * Apply maida paste on all sides.
