  1. First cut paneer into big square and cut from centre for filling and maida paste ready to dip paneer pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute till golden then add ginger garlic paste or chopped saute for a minute add tomato chopped saute till leaves the oil. Cool it and grind in the mixy. And keep 2 tbs spare add pinch of salt.
  3. Now divide the paneer in three portion in one portion fill pudina chutney,second tomato or chilli sauce and third masala fill which we had keep spare
  4. Now heat oil in a wok and dip one by one piece in maida batter and deep fry like all. Now heat 1 tsp oil and add all dry masala saute it nice aroma came add grinded paste saute a little add all dry ingredients and 1 cup hot water and boil for 3 minutes then add cream and mix well add milk also thick the gravy as you need but little thick because we have to pour on the paneer when serving
  5. Garnish with coriander chopped leaves serve hot with Parantha nan and kulcha enjoy with guests and family
