- Make ready 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Get 2 tsp Schezwan sauce
- Take 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- Make ready 1 big Onion chopped
- Prepare 1 Tsp lemon juice
- Prepare as per taste Salt
- Take leaves Chopped coriander
- Take For vegetable stuffing
- Get 1/2 finely chopped bell pepper (green, yellow, red)
- Take 1 finely chopped onions
- Take 1 carrot finely chopped
- Prepare 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Prepare 1 bowl boiled sweet corns
- Prepare as per taste Salt
- Take Extras-
- Take 1 big bowl Mozerella cheese
- Prepare as required Oil to fry
I served the remaining sauce on the side of the finished quesadillas… Jack gave this meal two speechless thumbs up. Aloo paratha is a yummy stuffed bread dish that incorporates that ingredient which is a famous staple in so many cultures: the potato. In fact, in Urdu, "Aloo" means potato. Aloo Paratha is extremely easy to make and is great for breakfast or as a snack.
Instructions to make Quesadillas in two different ways (Aloo/ vegetables):
- For dough- Mix the flours, salt, baking powder,sugar, water & oil to make a dough. Roll out the dough into 7 inch rotis & cook on the tawa from both the sides, Cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rest.
- For the Mexican sauce- Heat oil in pan, Add cumin seeds, green chillies, garlic, onion (chopped), mixed herbs, oregano and saute till brownish red.
- Then add sugar, salt and tomato ketchup, bring to a boil, and transfer it to bowl, let it cool down.
- For Aloo Stuffing- Put oil into pan and add onions saute till the onions get tender.
- Allow it to cool down, now take peeled/ boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl and mash them, add chopped onions, Schezwan sauce, salt, lemon juice, Chopped coriander, chilli flakes (optional)
- For Vegetable stuffing- Take a heated pan, add 2 tbsp oil add onions, saute for 1 min till it become tender, add carrots and saute it.
- Now add chopped bell peppers,carrots, boiled corns and salt, pepper and saute in a high flame and transfer it to cool down for few minutes.
- Now add grated mozerella cheese in the vegetables and mix them well.
- For the quasadillas-Take the tortilla(roti) and spread Mexican sauce over it.
- Add a small portion of cheese over the sauce.
- In one half of the tortilla, put all the veggies.
- Add chilli flakes over the top. Now put the remaining amount of cheese.
- Fold the other half tortilla over this. Brush oil & cook on a tawa.
- Cut into 3 pieces and enjoy with the salsa dip, or cheese dip ❤️
This simple recipe makes four parathas. Sujon : Yes, we have a vegetable garden. My father is a retired person and he works every day in our vegetable garden. Nayem : One day I'll come and see your garden so that I can also make a kitchen garden. Sujon : The advantage is that you get fresh vegetables every day right from your garden.
