- After one hour knead the dough well again and make a round tortilla with the help of a rolling pin. Prick it with the fork and deep fry it in hot oi on medium to slow flame.
- Take a small portion of the dough and make a small round puri and stick it on a muffin mould from outside and fry it to make a bowl shaped pakwan
- Make a round pakwan and cut it into small triangles and fry them in hot oil
