  7. For egg bhurji filling–.In a bowl whisk eggs…Heat a pan with 1tsp of oil and pour beaten eggs and keep whisking until cooked…Add salt and pepper…Mix and switch off the flame…Let it cool a bit..Add finely chopped tomatoes..Mix..And keep aside.
  8. Now take a prepared small piece of dough..Roll it with rolling pin (puri sized)..Place egg filling on one side…Cover it and seal the edges with the help of little water…Give it a shape as shown in this pic…And in same way place them on steamer plate… cover It….And cook for 7-8 min.
  9. Crystal paper wraps and rolls are ready…Dunk it with ur favorite sauce…And fill it with more different fillings..Of ur choice/taste.
