- Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil
- Add onion and fry one min
- Add capsicum and fry 2 min on low flame
- After 2 min remove
- Add black pepper and clove
- Add garlic, ginger,onion
- Add kaju
- Add kashmiri red chilli
- Fry 2 min
- Add tamato
- Cover and cook till soft
- Add ¼ cup pani & Grain into smooth paste
- Take bowl and add chilli,dhaniya powder & haldi powder
- Add 3 to 4 tbsp water and smooth paste
- Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp oil
- Add dry powder masala paste & fry 1 min
- Add paste and cover and cook 6 to 7 min
- Add kasuri meethi and garam masala and mix well
- Add fresh malai and mix well
- Add veggies and mix well
- Add ¼ cup water
- Cover & cook 3 min
