Note: different veggies are peeled or left unpeeled. Separate the lettuces and spread the leaves over a serving platter. Slice the cucumber and radishes and scatter over the lettuce. - Take mushroom and boiled corns (don't add oil) add pinch salt and black pepper…saute for 2 minutes - Chicken-Veggi platter is ready - You can use diet sauce (optionally) while serving
