Take a pan add oil, asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, split chick peas, skimmed black gram and roast it then add green chillies and curry leaves, chopped onion and roast. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 mins. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and now the stuffing is ready.
  3. Now start to make Dosa. First I made simple normal or regular style dosa.
  4. For second style I fill a bottle with Dosa batter and give shape like circles or spiral style.
  5. For third style I made a rectangular shape.
  6. For the fourth style I made in the style of a roll.
