- Pre heat oven 180°c
- Add the rapeseed oil to your oven dish and add to the oven and allow to warm up
- Grill the chipolatas a little first until lightly browned
- Add the flour, egg, soy milk & water to a bowl and mix/whisk together.
- Remove oven dish from the oven and add the chipolatas to this
- Pour the Yorkshire pudding mix into the oven dish around the chipolatas
- Add to the oven and cook for 30-35 mins until golden brown
I spray a large, deep baking dish with cooking oil spray. You can use either gluten-free or normal wheat flour as it works well with both, or make into a veggie toad-in-the-hole.
