- Get 1 tbsp ginger chopped
- Get 2 tsp Italian herbs
- Take 2 tbsp olive oil
- Get 2 tbsp pizza pasta sauce
- Make ready 2 tsp chilli oregano sauce
- Get Other ingredients:
- Prepare as required Oil
- Prepare as required Butter
- Make ready 2 cups grated cheese

Instructions to make Pizza rice:
- Cook the rice with water, salt, oil and haldi. When almost done add the red, yellow and green bell peppers, 2 tsp Italian seasoning and mix well. Simmer and switch off flame. Grease a baking dish with butter and layer this rice in it.
- Heat olive oil, add ginger, garlic, mixed veggies and saute, add pizza pasta sauce, chilli oregano sauce and Italian seasoning. Adjust consistency by adding little water.Pour this veg gravy on top of the rice layer. Sprinkle spring onions.
- Marinate chicken with egg, salt, pepper, cornflour and pizza pasta sauce. Deep fry and place this in a layer over the veg gravy.
- Grate a lot of cheese over the chicken. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning and spring onion.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 20 minutes or till all the cheese is melted and done.
- Serve hot. Enjoy!
