- Add onions, garlic, ginger, spices and add the diced tomatoes, perper, tatase, shombo, and stir fry, add little water to have a sauce and add seasoning, add your liquid milk, thickener, put back the fish and cover to simmer, add the cabbage, spring onions, green bell perper or any veggies of your choice. After a while put off the heat and ur sauce is ready.
