Pour the stock into a pan and bring to the boil. Add all the ingredients up to and including the wood ear mushrooms. Rinse and drain yuba and wood ear once rehydrated, then. Yum refers to the spicy and sour flavor combination.
Instructions to make Spicy Hot and Sour soup:
- In a pan heat the oil and add Garlic, ginger, the veggies to it.
- Cool for few mins and then add water.
- Add chilli sauce, soya Sauce and stir well.
- Also add red chilli,salt and black pepper
- To a little water add corn flour.
- Add it slowly to the pan and stir continuously.
- Let it get thick and then add vinegar.
- Serve it hot..
