- Take 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- Get 1 cup grated paneer or cottage cheese

Veg Manchurian, which is one of the most popular Chinese dishes in India, is sold even in roadside food stalls and snack counters these days! This popularity is well-deserved, because the Veg Manchurian does have a zesty charm that captivates anybody who bites into one.
Steps to make Veg Manchurian Dry:
- Add the prepared veggies, paneer, corn flour, plain flour, ginger garlic paste, pepper, garam masala, red chilli powder & salt to a mixing bowl. Mix everything well.
- Mix everything well and the texture should be like a dough. Then, make lemon sized balls. The balls must bind well without breaking.
- You can also optionally roll these balls in corn starch.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for deep frying.
- Check if the oil is hot enough by dropping a small portion of the dough in hot oil.
- Gently slide the balls in hot oil & fry on a medium flame. Fry till the colour of the balls turn golden brown.
- Drain them on a kitchen tissue.
- Heat oil in a pan, then add ginger garlic and saute for a min. After that, add finely chopped onion and french beans.
- Add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce and soya sauce and saute for 2 mins.
- Make a 1 teaspoon corn flour and 1/4 cup water mixture and add it to the pan. Keep stirring continuously.
- Once, the sauce starts to thicken, add the manchurian balls.
- Mix well for a minute and then turn off the flame.
- Your veg manchurian dry is ready! Use coriander for presentation.
