- Heat 2 spoon oil in a pan.add chopped onion,green chilli and garlic ginger paste.and roast them.
- When they turned golden brown then add soy sauce,green chilli sauce,tomati sauce,vinegar.
- After 1 min add into salt,garam masala,red chilli powder and peper.
- Now you can add 1 teaspoon cornflour to thicken the gravy if required.
- Add the manchurian balls to the gravy and toss gently to coat them with the sauces.
