  5. Preparing gravy: Dissolve cornflour in 1/2 cup of water.
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Add minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped green chilli and chopped spring onion.
  7. Sauté for a minute.
  8. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup; sauté for a minute.
  9. Pour 1 cup water, pepper powder and salt. Bring mixture to boil over medium flame.
  10. Add dissolved cornflour to the gravy.
  11. Mix well and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes.
  12. Add deep fried balls and cook for few mins over medium flame.
  13. Turn off flame and garnish it with chopped spring onion.
