  1. Make ready 2 cups finely chopped   Vegetables
  2. Get 1/2 cup soya granule mince
  3. Prepare 2 tbsps All-purpose flour
  4. Make ready 2 tbsps cornflour
  5. Prepare 1 Chicken stock (optional) cube
  6. Take 1 tbsp ginger-garlic green chilli - paste
  7. Get 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  8. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  11. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsps garlic finely minced
  12. Take 1/2 tbsp ginger finely minced
  13. Take 2 chillis finely chopped green
  14. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder (preferably Kashmiri)
  15. Prepare 2 tsps soya sauce
  16. Prepare 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
  17. Prepare 2 tbsps tomato sauce
  18. Take as required salt
  19. Make ready 2 tbsps spring onion finely chopped

  3. In a bowl, combine all purpose flour, cornflour, salt, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, pepper powder, soy sauce, Chicken stock cube,salt,soya mince and all the finely chopped vegetables.Give it a good mix and make small balls from the mixture.
  4. Heat oil in an aebleskive/appam pan and drop the dumplings in the oil and fry till it turns golden brown.(you can also deep fry the veg balls)
  5. Heat oil in a large wok and once the oil is hot add the chopped garlic, green chillis and ginger and stir fry on high for a few second,next toss in the spring onion
  6. Reduce to medium heat and add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and vinegar. Mix well and cook for 2 mts. Add the vegetable balls and stir fry for another 3 mts. They should retain their crunch
  7. Turn off heat. Garnish with the chopped spring onion greens
