- Heat 1/2 TSP of sesame oil in a wok (kadai)….and ginger, garlic and green chillies and saute well for a minute.
- Add the chopped onions..saute for a minute on high flame…and then add all the sauces…stir well.
- Lower the flame and add corn flour..stir quickly as it thickens the gravy and then add salt and black pepper. Stir again.
- As the sauce begins to thi ken after adding corn flour quickly add manchurian balls and saute them so they get coated with the gravy.
- Now add the vinegar and switch off the flame. Toss it properly… The manchurian is ready now..
- Garnish with spring onions green and serve hot…enjoy it as a starter.
