- Spice chicken to your desired taste per boil once it's tender; preheat oven and send the chicken to grill in the oven

- Heat up a big pot and set on low heat, add a little portion of the drain rice, a cooking spoon of the sauce mix and small portion of the fried egg stir properly to mix rice and sauce very well repeat this method till you are done adjust seasoning if need be
- Wrap foil paper on the pot of rice and cover pot allow rice simmer; once rice is tender turn off heat and add spring onions on top
- Serve with the grilled chicken on the side. They loved it
