  8. Bake in the oven at 180c for about 30 mins until the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy

While your pasta is cooking, you simply blend the creamy vegan cashew sauce in a blender until smooth. Stir in the mustard and nutritional yeast flakes, grate and stir in the vegan cheese (if using), then season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain and add the macaroni to the sauce, then toss to coat.
