Transfer to a plate and cover. Place some of the fontina and mozzarella cheese in the center of the egg crepe, then sprinkle with some basil. Place spinach filling in center of crepe and add mozzarella. Roll up crepes and place next to each other in greased baking dish with seam side facing down. Ginger & spinach crepes are topped with mushrooms, tomatoes, pepper & onion.
