Instructions to make Sheer Kurma:
- Heat ghee in a pot. Once hot, add the chopped nuts, raisins and Kharak. - Cook for 1-2 minutes until the nuts are fragrant and turn golden brown. Remove them from pot and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the seviyan, roast it for 2-3 mins until it is light gold colour.
- Add milk +evaporated milk into the pan and stir. Let it boil (make sure to stir it often so vermicelli doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot)
- Once the milk is boiling, lower the heat and continue boiling for another 5-7 mins - Milk will start thickening. Add sugar and mix.
- Add the fried nuts and mix.
- Cook for 2-3 more minutes on low heat. Enjoy! You can have it hot or cold! Your choice🥰. If its too thick, add more milk and adjust consistency up to your liking.
