- 1st in big pot boil milk add 3 to 4 cardamoms & simmer it on liw flame.
- In another on low flame pan add ghee add cardamons, dried dates, almonds & fry them then add crushed vermicelli, pistachios & resins fry for 2 to 3 min till you got beautiful colour and aroma. Off the flame & keep it aside.
- In boiling milk carefully add your vermicelli & nuts cooled mixture slowly & gradually.
- Stir it continuously for 5 min on low flame then put it on dum for 5 min..
- Serve hot yummy Sheer qorma ready for treat..
