- Make ready 1/2 cup vermicelli crushed
- Get 1 litre full cream milk

- Take 4 dry dates
- Get 10-12 raisins
- Prepare 1 tsp chironji
- Take 3-4 tbsp sugar(as per your taste)

Mithi seviyan or Sweet vermicelli is a perfect recipe made for people with sweet tooth. The delicious vermicelli is cooked into a kid friendly dessert which is popular household dessert in India. This tasty dessert is easy to make by boiling the vermicelli with water on a slow flame. The main ingredient that you need is vermicelli.
Instructions to make Sweet Seviyaan:
- In a sauce pan heat 2 tbsp ghee roast cashew, raisin almonds,chironji and dates on low flame for 1-2 minutes. Transfer it in a plate.
- In the same pan add ghee roast seviyaan till they become golden brown in colour on low flame. Stir continuously.turn off the flame. let it cool.
- Now add milk in pan and boil it on low - medium flame till it become little thick. Stir continuesly now add roasted dryfruits.Mix it well.
- Add sugar, roasted seviyaan and cardamom powder. Simmer it for 5-6 minutes. Turn off the flame.
- Garnish with fruits.
