  2. Then add Vermicelli (Saiwaiyan), fry it 2-3 mins. then add dry fruit, water, sugar and mix it all ingredients then cover it until water get dry.
  3. Vermicelli (Saiwaiyan) is ready. Garnish with dry fruit & desiccated coconut.

The same recipe can be also done in thick bottom sauce pan on a gas flame on medium heat taking care that the milk doesnt stick to the bottom. Now in the same pan add few drops of ghee.
