- When milk reduces 3/4th add soaked and sliced dry dates.
- Add soaked saffron in it,mix well.
- When milk thickens add condensed milk to it. Keep stirring in between.
- Add roasted vermicelli-nuts mixture.
- When milk thickens and sewai cooked properly,switch off the flame and serve hot.
