Instructions to make Sheer kurma:
- Break the sewaiyan into small pieces and keep aside.
- Add ghee to the pan, and fry the almonds, pistachios, raisins and the dates, till golden in colour and the raisins papaya up. Drain from the oil and keep it aside.
- To the same ghee, add in the sewaiyan and fry them till it gets properly fried.
- Once the sewaiyan are golden fried, add in the milk and let it boil, till the sewaiyan becomes soft. Then add in the sugar, elaichi powder and let it simmer for another 5 minutes
- Now add the milkmaid and cook for another 5 minutes and take it off the heat.
- Garnish with the fried nuts and serve it piping hot.
