- In a pan, heat ghee. Add the chopped dry fruits and stir them for a while. Once they are roasted, add the vermicelli and saute it for a while.
- Now add milk to this and stir it properly. Once you start seeing that milk is reducing, add soaked dates paste and stir well.
- The consistency now will be thickening and now you can add sugar (according to your taste) or even Jaggery is great.
- Properly stir everything and let it simmer for sometime. Put off the gas. Serve hot or cold, by garnishing it with dry fruits and kesar strands.Sheer khurma is ready.
