  13. Take 6 Green chillies (cut into thin sliced)
  14. Prepare 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  15. Take 1/2 teaspoon Green chilli sauce
  16. Make ready 1 teaspoon Red chilli sauce
  17. Prepare 1 teaspoon Tomato sauce
  18. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar
  19. Prepare 1 pinch salt Ajinamoto (msg) mono sodium gluatamate or chinese - (optional)
  20. Take 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  21. Get 4 tablespoons Oil
  22. Prepare 1 teaspoon Sugar
  23. Get 2 teaspoons Cornflour water - mixed with 3 tablespoons
  24. Prepare to taste Salt
  25. Prepare 1/4 cup onions Spring (green part) - (chopped)

  27. Make ready paneer paneer Combine all the ingredients for the frying in a bowl.Make a smooth batter.Coat the pieces with the batter
  28. Prepare Drain on absorbent paper and keep aside

Once the sauce begins to thicken add the fried paneer pieces. Add the salt and pepper seasoning and vinegar. Once the sauce reaches the desired consistency switch off the flame. Dish out the chilli paneer gravy and garnish with spring onion greens.

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the frying paneer in a bowl.Make a smooth batter.Coat the paneer pieces with the batter.
  2. Heat oil in a pan,and deep fry the paneer pieces in hot oil over a high flame till the paneer is light brown(do not overcook the paneer, otherwise it will get hard).
  3. Drain on absorbent paper and keep aside.
  4. Heat 4 tablespoons  oil in a another pan.
  5. Add chopped garlic…fry until garlic turn into light brown colour.Add cubed onions, cubed capsicum,spring onion whites and green chillies and sauté over a high flame for 1 to  2 minutes.
  6. Add the soya sauce,red chilli  sauce and green chilli sauce,salt and sugar, mix and stir on high flame for 3-4 minutes.Keep stirring  continuously.
  7. Add cornflour water mixture. stir well  and allow it to come to a boil.Let the sauce thicken.Add the fried paneer cubes and simmer them in the sauce for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Add tomato sauce, 1/4 cup chopped spring onions. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper,ajinamoto,mix well and toss   for 1 minutes on high flame ( just tap the pan) stirring continuously.
  9. Turn off the gas. Garnish  with remaining  chopped  spring onions  (green part) on top.
