- Marinate chicken with salt, chicken powder, egg, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, Corn flour, soya sauce and vinegar for 20 minutes.
- Now Fry this chicken just light fry until it turn golden.take out chicken and keep aside
- Take - Ginger crushed 2 tbsp hand crushed..it will give real flavour to your food..
- Take Button red chilli 3-4.
- Take green chilli finely crushed
- 2 tbsp - Soya sauce
- 3 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp - Vinegar
- Chilli garlic sauce 3-4 tbsp - Ketchup 3 tbsp - Salt according to taste.
- Now take oil.. - Add ginger crushed, - red button chillies and green chillies..fry until aroma comes.. - Now add chicken and all sauces…
- In the end add veggies. - Onion (green) cut white part in cubes. - Capscium 1 cut in cubes and carrots
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
