  23. Prepare 1 medium carrot cut in very thin (optional)
  24. Take 1 onion cut in cubes
  25. Make ready 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
  26. Make ready green part of spring onion for garnishing

Lightly fry garlic and ginger till they just change color. Add green chilies and cilantro leaves. Reduce heat, add chicken stock, Soya sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and ajinomoto. Add corn flour mixed with water and give one boil.

  1. Marinate chicken with salt,blk pappar corn flour,all purpose flour,egg for 30 minutes.deep fry.Remove from pan when golden brown.
  2. Add oil in pan,add garlic fry 30 second.Add capsicum and onion fry 30 more second.Add salt,blk pappar,soya sauce, vinegar,chilli sauce and katchup.
  3. Add 1 and half cup chocken stock.Now add corn flour mox in half cup of water.cook for 30 second.
  4. Now add fried chicken cook for 1 minute turn off the heat.
  5. Chicken manchurian is ready to serve.garnish with green onions.Serve with chicken fried rice.
