- Add the red onion and sweet peppers then the oil and white pepper fry and keep tossing so as the sweet peppers stay crisp ish. Add the cooked chicken back to the pan fry all and tossing it for 1 minute
- Add the sauce and toss it sbout until its all covered and serve. With some veg and bok choy and spring oniins mixed.
