  2. Now add Eno and quickly steam in idli mold for 15 mints
  3. Now idlis are ready to fry
  4. Take a spoon of oil in a vassal, add Mustard, curry leaves, slit green chillies, chopped onion, carrot, Capsicum sugar, salt, lemon, soya sauce and fry for a minute.
  5. Now add Idlis and saute for 5 mints.
  6. Fusion Chinese Idli are ready to serve before the family.
