Add the star anise, garlic and also the sliced mushroom. Once the mushrooms are cooked add some soy sauce and the boiled tofu, and water to cover the tofu. Leave to cook until broth has reduced. Donโt rush the cooking, give it time to reduce.
- When the broth has reduced add some chili, oyster sauce and some sugar to your taste. Mix through and then to finish add some chopped coriander.
