Chop the garlic, onions,all vegetables separately.Mean while clean and fry the baby prawns and set aside.Add some more oil and fry the chopped garlic golden brown.Then add the chopped onion and fry lightly.Add the chopped vegetables and sauté with little salt,black pepper.Add chilli sauce and soya sauce.Toss and add the fried prawns and little ajinomoto.
  2. Boil 2 packets chowmein in little salted water.Drain when done.It should not be over boiled.Drain again with cold water.Smear 1 tbsp oil and mix the fried vegetables.Toss either in a non stick pan or microwave high power 2 minutes.
  3. Serve with tandoori chicken.
  4. Marinate 400 gms chicken with 2 tbsp curd, salt and 1 tbsp tomato puree for an hour.
  5. Add 1 tbsp ginger and 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp tandoori masala,1 tbsp kasoori methi, 1/4 th tsp orange red food colour and 1 tbsp oil to the chicken and microwave high power for 10 mins.Toss and again microwave for 5 mins. Pour little oil in a nonstick pan and fry the chicken pieces alongwith the marinated masala and little red chilli powder.
  6. Garnish with chaat masala, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.Serve with chowmein.
