  25. Get 1 bowl chopped fresh coconut
  26. Take 1/2 tbsp chana daal
  27. Get 1/4 tbsp tamarind pulp
  28. Get 2-4 onion slices
  29. Get 8-10 curry leaves
  30. Prepare 1 green chilli
  31. Take 2 tsp oil
  32. Prepare 1 red dry chilli
  33. Prepare 1/2 tsp rai dana

  5. Now tadka process, take a fry pan add 2 tbsp oil,when oil is heat then add 1tsp rai, hing,dry red chilli, curry patta,. Stire it..and turn off the flame, Now add 1tbsp sambhar masala and 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. Put on the sambhar in the cooker..

  7. Coconut chutney is very sweet and salty. Take all ingredients in mixng jar, make a smooth chutney.. Now add tadka above the coconut chutney.
  8. Coconut chutney is ready.
