- 👉🏻Simultaneously, heaa oil in a pan for derp frying. - 👉🏻Fry steamed momos until they turn golden brown. - Remove on kitchen napkin. - 👉🏻Now heat another pan and add 1tbsp oil in it.Add ginger garlic paste and mix vegetable in it. Stir fry for 3 minutes. - 👉🏻 Add all the sauces and vegetable mayonise with littld water and mix well. - 👉🏻Add salt and black pepper powder in it and mix well. - 👉🏻Nowadd fried momos in it and saute for 5 minutes. - Turn off the flame and Garnish with spring onion. - Serve
