  7. Take 1 tsp minced garlic
  8. Prepare 1 medium size onion finely chopped

  11. Get 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  12. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli flakes(or red chilli paste)
  13. Get 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  14. Prepare To taste Salt
  15. Take As required Ghee (or butter)
Instructions to make Veg  Sichuan Parathas:
  1. To make the dough for Parathas,take 2 cups whole wheat flour in a big mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and salt as per the raste.Mix and add water to make soft dough.cover and rest for 10 minutes.To make stuffing, Heat a pan, add garlic,onion,carrot,cabbage,Capsicum and salt.Saute for5-7 minutes to dry the moisture from vegies.
  2. Add black pepper powder and tomato ketchup.stir well to cook veggies on low flame till all moisture dries up.
  3. Now add this mixture to boiled,peeled and mashed 2 cups potatoes.Add salt to taste.Mix well.stuffing is ready.Take a small ball from the dough,coat with dry wheat flour, roll into chapati and fill 2 tbsp stuffing, keep another rolled chapati of same size and cover the stuffing.press well to seal it.Roll into paratha.
  4. Heat tava and cook paratha on both sides.Apply Ghee or butter and roast till golden brown.Serve Sichuan Parathas with tomato ketchup and Spinach Pumpkin soup
