- Cool and mash it.
- Boil the three daals, salt, 1 tomato,ginger and chilli powder.
- Make green sauce by boiling together all the green vegetables, 1 tomato and 1 spoon daal. and mashing them.
- Heat a non stick pan and roast, mustard, cummin seeds and whole garam masala
- Add red sauce.cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the daal mixture.
- Add the green mixture.
- Add all the spices. Cook for 5minutes more.
- Serve hot with steamed jeera rice and salad.
