Instructions to make Veg Anda curry:
  1. Mash the boiled potatoes and add corn flour and salt in it. Now grate the paneer finely and add a pinch of turmeric in it.
  2. Take a ball of potato and press it with your hands like a roti and add 1/2 tbsp of yellow paneer in it. Roll it like an egg and then roll it over maida and keep aside.
  3. Make all the eggs like this and keep aside.
  4. Now take a heavy bottom pan and deep fry till they turn golden in colour. Fry all the eggs in the same procedure.
  5. Now grind the onions, tomatoes, chillies, ginger and garlic, then grind them finely.
  6. Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil to heat, then add the gravy in it.
  7. Stir it well and stir fry it till it leaves the corner. - Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and anda curry masala in it and mix well.
  8. Now add 1 cup of water, cover it with a lid and keep it on a low flame for 5 minutes.
  9. Now cut the egg vertically, half from centre as shown in the recipe picture. - Take out the gravy in a bowl and then place the half cut eggs on it. - Your Veg Egg Curry is ready to eat
