- Take Veg fried rice
- Make ready 2 cups boiled rice

- Take 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder

- Make ready 1 cup capsicum slice
- Prepare 1 cup onion slice(thick)
- Take 1/2 cup green onion chopped
- Take 2 green chillies slit
- Make ready 1 tbsp chilli chicken powder
- Get 1 tsp soya sauce
- Take 1 tbsp hot and sweet sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
- Prepare 2 tsp cornflour
- Get 1 cup water
- Take as needed Oil to fry
Steps to make Chinese Veg Bowl:
- Fried rice: heat oil in a wok/kadhai. Add chopped carrots and French beans.. cook for 2-3mins.. then add green onions.. mix and then add boiled rice (rice should be boiled so that the rice is not too soft… and cooled properly…it's easier to fry then).. add soya sauce, salt and pepper… mix well for 4-5 mins and fried rice is ready… keep aside.
- In a big bowl… add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper and chilli powder.. mix all the dry ingredients properly… then add some water to make a thick slurry/paste… then add diced paneer and boiled soya chunks(water should be squeezed out properly)… then give it a nice mix.. keep aside for 10 mins
- Deep fry paneer and soya chunks separately.. keep aside
- In a separate wok /kadhai… heat 1tbsp oil, add onion, saute… then add slit green chillies and. Capsicum, saute, then add green onions, saute… add the chilli chicken masala, soya sauce, hot and sweet sauce, vinegar, sprinkle some salt and pepper.. give all a nice mix… add a little water if required… then add the fried paneer and soya chunks…mix all properly… then add 1 cup cornflour water to it and bring to boil..
- Plating: in a serving bowl.. place fried rice in half of the bowl and chilli soya and paneer in another half… keep the bowl on a plate and serve hot.
